Peace Begins with a Smile

For those of you who have read my book,
I mentioned one of my mentors telling
me "let you light shine....SMILE"
Have you ever been kinda bummed
and had someone passing by smile and
say Hello only to notice it gave you a
lift? Or maybe you were the one to
share a smile and see someone else's
face light up. For me not only does it
give a lift to my heart but, brings hope.
Hope that everyone is not becoming
hard of heart and only cares about
themselves. And that brings a Big
Smile to me.
I believe if we would all be more
conscious of how each one of us
affects the other we would find
the simple " smile" can and would
walk around the world extending
love, peace, and hope.
This week why not give it a shot
and check out the effects of a smile..
on others and within you.
