"JOY"

an emotion evoked by well-being,
success, or good fortune. a source
or cause or delight.
Now would you like to know how
"joy" is really spelled? smile
"BEACH" a beautiful place
that evokes well-being which
equals success which equal good
fortune. And most definately
is a cause of delight.
As I walked the beach the other
day it was revealed to me how
people's energy is so positive at
the beach. Even when you have
had a stressful day - 10 mins.at the
beach & you'll be smiling to. If not
from your own relaxation, from all
the joyful energy exhibited from all
that surrounds you. There's just
somethin' about the beach...in my
mind I think I'll just start calling
it.."joy" - then all those delightful
images of children dancing with the
waves, Moms & Dads playing and
having fun, couples walking holding
hands, & scads of other "joyful"
things will pop right to the forefront
of my mind...reminding me to be
thankful that I have been blessed &
brought HOME where I am able to
get a daily fix of "joy"
