"The Day After"

For some this is a day of
mad sales and shopping.
Standing in lines, pushing,
shoving all for more "Stuff"
On some level I guess it could
be fun although, I personally
can't get to that level. LOL
For me, it is a day I now
am really in deep thought
of what all I am Thankful
for. A day of "thanking God
for such a wonderful day
yesterday and his hand
in leading me thru a day
which held all the things I
really needed. This included
the movie, "Eat, Pray, and
Love." watched with my gal
pals. Today, I believe it would
be good for all of us to take a
sabbatical just as she did but,
unfortunately we can't all
take off running around the
country like that. But, what we
Can Do is take a sabbatical
in our own community by reaching
out and experiencing life and
sharing love with all the cultures
right here in the melting pot
of the good ole USA.
So today, I say take time for
your Spirit...step out and
share Life and be Thankful
for our freedoms here and most
definately "Thank our military
for having the hearts to serve
and provide us that continued
freedom"
